What a treat it was to talk to Liza Baker for today’s episode. She is a hoot as well as whip smart. She offers up so many tidbits of wisdom and life experience tips throughout the interview that there are simply too many to list here. One thing to listen for though is her connects to language and how it effects our lives. Anything after but, and not but, for not to. At 22:25 there is an outstanding bit of wisdom and let us not miss that observing the journey, not just living it, is key to navigating through those shifts.
